The beds are comfy, breakfast is fantastic and the staff are all friendly. The queen suite we were given had heating, a writing desk and TV with DVD player. Appreciated that there was hot dogs on main with short-orders within short walking distance to the venue, super convenient. Besides, parking was available on site...

Quiet hotel with a great host. We really loved having TV, a coffee machine and a work desk in room which was very clean.

breakfast was delicious as you get in any 4 star hotel. useful base for your vacations in dunedin. free wi fi was working perfectly.

The location was INCREDIBLE, with Crown and Bull nearby, where we could eat. It was a perfect weekend, We will be back.
